Team Development: Experiences as a team followed by a reflection sequence and subsequent transfer in the everyday work.
With our Teambuilding-Parcours we want to offer you experience-oriented exercises, which promote the communication and cooperation in the team – such as for example the Mohawk Walk, the seesaw, or the spider web. The focus of these actions is the shared experience in a team.
A team development starts with the development of a clear framework and goals. On the training itself, we use similar experience-oriented exercises and methods such as in the teambuiling-parcours, but with more complex tasks.After the experience-oriented part of the training we reflect on what happened to change behavioral patterns in the team in the everyday work. We work in a workshop style, develop further steps and create together a concrete action plan.
