We experience Feedback on our behavior, regularly, whether it is:
- consciously or unconsciously,
- spontaneous or solicited,
- in words or body language
We want to clarify these processes with you and improve the participants’ perception of themselves and others. In this training, the participants recognize that conflicts between people are completely normal and improve their conflict skills.
We take a look at the previous conflict behavior in the team and provide effective methods to clarify future conflicts emotionally and factually, peacefully and confidence-building.
When modifying conflicts, we see ourselves as clarification helpers in order to resolve an already escalated conflict situation and to enable a smooth working together again.
